Iphonegraphy

“You don't make a photograph just with a camera. You bring to the act of photography all the pictures you have seen, the books you have read, the music you have heard, the people you have loved.”
― Ansel Adams

What defines a photographer is his /her storytelling perspectives. A good photographer can make use of any camera to capture those moments of inspiration whether it is in the candid photos or something very abstract.

Here are some of my photos taken with Iphone 4. I use apps like Hipstamatic and Camera + . All editing was done on the iphone app itself.

There's something bout love ....

There's something about love that I cannot put my finger on .

Love is constantly in the air , from a mother to her child , from a lover to her spouse and when there's that spark , I love shooting photographs of people who are in love.

I love capturing those moment  when they glanced at each other , flirting with one another and often catching views of one another in fleeting moments.

Children of PNG.

The filipino fellowship which I have been attending hosted a Feeding the poor kids program every end of the month. This is a bunch of children from rural areas which the filipino fellowship have adopted and mentored every saturday and every end of the month, Digicel and Christian Revival Church will sponsor these kids with  a balanced meal, some stationeries and maybe food supplies for the family they represented.

Here are some of the photos I 've taken whilst participating in it.

Gems of Port Moresby

Savagery and backwardness have always been associate to this country . Traders have often spoken of their adventure run in with raskol ( local gangster) and the bigger bully policemen. It's PR image have constantly been ridiculed and smeared due to the bad experiences that many if not all of us have experienced one way or another.

Papua New Guinea is what to many referred as Paradise or fondly known as the Land of Unexpected. The chinese , indian, Sri lankans and Filipinos have came into the country many decades ago and for some , they assimilated amongst the locals and have established themselves as citizen of this country. Perhaps this people have discovered some hidden gems and treasure of this country the traders themselves have not seen.

After a year here, I have discovered some hidden treasure which I will show you in the pages below.
